2 Story home, 1 master bedroom with 1 attached bathroom and 1 guest bathroom are downstairs. The other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs.

Located at a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in gated community.  The ideal vacation spot for families. 

Free Parking two inside the garage and two spaces available in the driveway.

Guest will have privacy and will enjoy the whole house. I will be available for anything needed by text or call.

The house is located in Marbella South in Davenport, Florida, 33897 in a very quiet neighborhood, near shopping, food markets, restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs with easy route to Disney World.

* Optional Pool heating $140 per stay (up to 7 days stay)

* Few travel size toiletries provided to help start the stay, guest need to buy more supplies for the stay.

* We ask our guests to verify ID prior to check-in.

* Parties are not allowed in the house.

* POOL/SPA: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The charge for this will be $500.

* BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested at least 3 days prior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.


INDEMNITY: By making this reservation the guest will indemnify and save harmless the Owner, the Management Company or Manager from any and all damage, loss, expense, claim, action or liability of any kind whatsoever, or however caused including, without limitation, a claim of any kind by any member of the Guest party. The guest is responsible for any damage of any kind to the property caused or contributed to by the guest, members of the guest party or by invitees of the guest. All  Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Hosts.
